- KTP (ID Card) of Indonesian Spouse

- Letter of Domicile (from building/apartment)
- Embassy Reference Letter (confirming marriage)
- Valid Passport (min. 18 months validity)
- Copy of 1st to 4th KITAS (complete history)

- Valid IMTA (Work Permit)
- Valid RPTKA (Foreign Manpower Plan)
- Business License (SIUP / OSS / NIB)
- Notarial Deed & Ministry Approval
- Domicile Letter, NPWP, Company Registration (TDP)

- ITAS Stamp History (on passport)
